Austin came to my house today. He provided superior service. He noted a problem with increased vole activity. Not only did he refill bait in box but went ahead and ordered a 30 day follow up to monitor vole activity. He is polite and was very through. He knew I like the organic treatments without my having to remind him. He is very professional. I highly recommend him.
