Very simple process. I called one day and a technician was at my house the next day, on time. She sprayed inside and out. The ants are gone. They'll be back on a regular basis to treat the house for at least one year. Both people I dealt with were very respectful and easy to understand. Every question I had was answered clearly. Satisfied.

James did an awesome job. The bugs and ants are gone. James was efficient and explained the process. He was respectful of our home, very courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend if you cannot seem to get rid of any sort of insects with over-the-counter methods.
