Great company! Both Ralph and Jared were very thorough and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. We had scheduled another company for Monday but could not wait with the wasp issue. We got an appointment the next day and they were able to take care of it. Great service and I appreciated all of the text updates as well. We are excited to start using Orkin seasonally for pest control!

The technician called and explained what he was doing or going to do. I explained the back of my house still has some excavating work to be done. He said he could do the front portion and come back when the back of the house was ready to install the termite control devices. Very professional and cordial.

The Orkin Man came in, assessed the situation, and asked questions to ensure he fully understood our needs. Then he set to work treating the necessary areas. He was professional, and mades sure all our questions were answered. We will continue to follow up to ensure we are pleased!
