This pharmacy truly cares about your well being and going above and beyond for their patients. I had an issue with my medication being delayed- Victoria and her team did everything to keep me updated and give me other solutions to ensure my injections would take place in the event I couldn’t get my meds. I ended up getting the medication but was so happy that SMP took the time to listen to me and stayed/guide me until I got my medications and could successfully inject! Thank you everyone who helped!

My order was placed around 3 PM on a Monday. My medications were shipped from Miami to New Orleans and delivered to my house by 12 PM on Tuesday. Extremely pleased! And they added in a little words project bracelet which completely warmed my heart. Would recommend!

The customer service I received from SMP was stellar. Their representatives were always helpful and quick to respond to my needs. Shipping of meds was always expedited and the packaging was more than sufficient. Highly recommended.

Don’t let the small store fool you, this place is GREAT!!! Everyone is super friendly and VERY FAST!!! I will be coming here instead of CVS. Great staff!!! Thank you. Update: came here again and WOW just as impressed as I was the first time. Super nice and fast!! Never going to a CVS again!!

One of the best pharmacy in Miami. They always answer the phone and let you know if the have the meds. Quick and efficient service.

Great service and prices! And if they don’t have it they order it! My go to pharmacy for sure! Totally recommend.

Excellent service provided by the staff which showed care and patience with elderly patients that were waiting for the medications. When it was my turn, I was given attention and all my questions were answered regarding certain medications that I needed. I don't think you can get this level of attention at your local chain store I know I haven't.

This place is a life saver! Reasonable prices and staff are knowledgeable.
