I am so grateful for my online teachers, Patricia and Edita. Without their guidance, I would have given up practicing at home. They both bring a wealth of knowledge, skill and kindness to the Ashtanga method. I’ve also practiced at MLC with Kino and Eddie who are wonderful! Highly recommend MLC to anyone thinking about beginning their Ashtanga journey. You will be welcomed with open arms.

The studio is amazing!!! Great energy, great location, great personnel... I'm into Mysore and practicing there for a couple of weeks was really nice. Also Esmeralda's led class was incredible, both calm and strong, makes your practice intense but really spiritual at the same time. I would highly recommend this class for people that is being introduced to the practice but also regular and advanced practitioners who look for an ashtanga led class once in a while.

Outstanding Ashtanga Yoga School. You feel really welcomed, the teachers are simply amazing, and overall what impressed me most is that there is not the air of pretentiousness one can find in many ashtanga places.

Hanu Yoga Studio has been such an incredible space for growth, community, and connection. The teachers bring so much passion and intention to their classes, creating a supportive environment for all levels of practice. The variety of offerings—from powerful flows to restorative yoga with sound healing—ensures there's something for everyone. The studio itself has such a welcoming vibe, too. I've seen such positive changes in myself, both mentally and physically, since practicing here. I recently completed a 100-hour Hatha training with Daniela Novati and I can genuinely say that this revolutionized my personal practice. I'm so grateful! Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Hanu is a place where you can truly deepen your practice and feel part of something special.

I am so grateful to have found this welcoming studio in South Beach. I was visiting for a week on holiday and got their one-week membership. It’s my first time doing something like this when traveling and it took my trip from amazing to incredible! Hanu has a great mix of classes from ones to get your heart rate going, ones that allow you to stretch after a flight, and ones to fully zen out. I appreciate how many of the teachers provide hands-on adjustments and cater to all levels. I am a bit out of practice and was able to get into the flow, while my partner who doesn’t really practice, embraced the restorative classes and sound bathes. It made for an uber relaxing vacation. I look forward to having a chance to practice at Hanu in the future. Thanks for creating such a warm space.

Hot yoga is 11/10, challenging but so satisfying! And the atmosphere is so zen. I recommend @Blen instructor on Saturdays at 4pm. She’s really good.
