Alex has been a big help in my ongoing recovery. From the moment you walk in, he shows great care in your improvement, he treats your injury as if its his injury. He does everything he can to help you. Beyond his will, he has a lot of expertise. He's very knowledgeable and specific with the types of workouts. I searched all over Miami for a good PT, and talked to more than 10 therapists before choosing PARC. I have no regret with my decision.

Alex and his team are the greatest. It’s nice to be in a center that doesn’t just run like a robotics machine. There is personality, care and most importantly compassion. I struggled a lot during my recovery of my left ACL tear and with the help of Alex and PARC team I was climbing Machu Picho in 4 months post ACL surgery. It was a great feeling to reach the mountain top. :pun intended: thank you Alex and team PARC.

The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating to your needs! Have seen positive results in just three sessions and look forward to continuing the therapy! What a relief to the pain.

He is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in my recovery and performance. I leave every session feeling stronger, more confident, and with a better understanding of how to move properly. If you’re looking for top-tier physical therapy and performance training, Carlos is the one to see! Highly recommend.

Exceptionally professional and knowledgeable staff. They rehabbed multiple injuries and kept me in the game over the course of a 6-month train up. Cannot say enough good things about Kyle and his staff, he is a must if you’re coming back from a significant injury, training for a specific event, or looking to optimize performance and stay healthy.

I had a car accident 2 years ago, I had a surgery and many sessions of physical therapy of my neck. This facility has great set of equipment, therapists and front desk are nice and professional. Highly recommended.
