Extremely helpful and caring in a very urgent situation. Received several phone calls from staff letting me know the progress and resolution of an order. Being out of town and my mom in a retirement home there in the area, they took the extra steps to make sure she had what she needed and even delivered it to her. We are most grateful for the staff’s kindness and attention to our situation. Thank you!
