This place is great!! They have a store and groomers too so reviews are from numerous services- but the Vet service is 5 stars! We have two cats, Ringo and Carrots, who have been going to them for years. Ringo is our problem child and although we still don’t know 100% what is wrong with him they have nursed him back to health more than once. I ask a lot of questions so they are always patient. If you have a sick cat ask for Dr Gibson. The front desk called him the cat whisperer and he REALLY is. Every Dr we have seen here has been so great though so you can’t go wrong. Dr Whitman, Serrano, Patrick, Warbueron, Brown, Gibson and more I am missing. They talk through options and thought process and genuinely care about your pets. Everyone at the front desk is nice as well. I highly recommend! Thanks to each of you for all that you have done and continue to do.

My sweet new Doberman rescue, Duck Duck, couldn’t have received better care! Dr. Yasin and Katie have treated him like family from day 1. I’m beyond grateful for their kindness and expertise. I also bring my other Doberman Goose to Long and from the front desk to checkout to surgery, this is hands down the best veterinary care I’ve experienced in 30 years. Thank you all for taking such amazing care of my boys!.

Hats off to the team of Allie Myers and Marissa Brown! They were able to successfully clip Zeus's nails without the aid of anethesia. Zeus has been so afraid until this point. We are so grateful for their expertise in managing a dog like Zeus. When you see the photo you will understand! He is sweet like a kitten until you touch his paws...Nice job!!!.

We drove from Wilmington, NC, to be seen. I cannot thank the emergency department, Dr. Mauler, and the team enough for the exceptional care they provided for my baby girl Aubrey after she suffered a stroke. Dr. Mauler's expertise, compassion, and dedication were evident. She took the time to explain every step of the treatment plan, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt supported during such a stressful time. The staff has been incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, ensuring Aubrey receives the best care. When we had concerns after discharge, Dr. Mauler and staff guided us on the next steps for Aubrey. I want to thank them for their exceptional care and compassion. Aubrey is on the road to recovery, and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Mauler and this clinic to anyone needing emergency or specialized veterinary care. We have used this business in the past a few times when we had a sick cat who has since passed away. They gave us answers no other vet was able to. I found a VERY newborn kitten underneath the engine of a car last night around midnight and immediately took it to be seen here. Every staff member I encountered was so friendly and helpful and I was blown away by their kindness. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this business to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much for your help with showing me everything I need to do and know to care for my new little baby. Your kindness will ALWAYS be remembered.

I just called for a neighbor, Kayla answered. She is professional and kind. I had a previous experience that they were helpful with. I was in distress and Lilly and Kayla, calmed me and handled everything with such empathy. Also kept me up to date and took care of my little rescue dog. Dr Silva and team cared for my little one and told me the things I needed to do for aftercare. They also sent me an email, which I am grateful for because it was a trauma visit.
