NODA YOGA REVIEWS
This was my second visit, both classes were very well taught. I enjoy a flow class first thing in the morning to warm up for the day, and both instructors I've had have been great at creating classes that can challenge different levels, and creating a peaceful, welcoming environment. Would recommend this studio to those just getting started, as well as experienced yogis. Living in the Matthews area there aren't many options, so I'm really glad to have such a great studio only 10 minutes up the road!
The best yoga studio in Charlotte. Welcoming to all body types and Affordable for all people. Accessible Yoga Classes. Meditation offered.
This yoga studio is 10/10! I absolutely love it here. I love this location in particular because it is more accessible at certain times than their NoDa location. Tons of parking here, the instructors and staff are all so friendly! I have taken several yoga classes here and each one is fantastic! The studio itself is clean and gorgeous. They have a good variation of times for classes as well, very easy to work with my work schedule! Thank you guys!

Y2 YOGA REVIEWS
Y2 has been my absolute favorite home away from home for self care, movement, challenging “workouts”, inspiration and learning. The instructors are fantastic, highly experienced and the atmosphere with music and challenging flow is an awesome fit for me. The fellow students are also what inspired me from the very class. Chris and Joy are so encouraging. Dorie is my absolute favorite instructor at Y2. Since joining a couple of years ago, she has been the primary “force” that inspires me, and supports me. All the instructors are wonderful. I particularly like Dorie’s flows and sequences because while they are definitely challenging, I never feel rushed. Dorie is also down to earth and open, shares about her yoga practice in life experiences, and reminds us all to meet ourselves where we’re at, while also being willing to change it up and take healthy risks into something new. Ooh! Also, I love the music she chooses for classes! Rian is also amazing, along with Kari, Jennifer H, Buffy, and of course Tanner! Rodney also gives the best assists! Every single time I walk out of Y2, I’m stronger, more centered, more light and joyful. Thank you, Y2 family.
I love the flow, intensity, and challenge at Y2. I can't find those same qualities at other local yoga studios. While some might say it doesn't offer your traditional slow yoga, this is what I like and works for me. I've been a member for over 2 years and it has helped me lose weight and maintain my core strength for my physically-demanding job. I appreciate the package deals (buy 10, get 5 free) because it keeps the classes affordable and comparable to other studios. I also appreciate instructors emailing me after class!
Beautiful facility and great amenities. I was here for a workshop weekend with Carmen Aguilar and really enjoyed it. I love the flooring on the top studio. It is really nice and soft and great for practicing inversions. The studio is gorgeous, smells wonderful, and the staff was super friendly and I love the high tech sign-in via iPad. Well-done!

KHALI YOGA CENTER REVIEWS
My experience at Khali Yoga has been great. The studio is very spacious, clean, and welcoming. The instructor's, especially Ian, are awesome. He keeps the classes similar but different and somehow always has you laughing while in the most difficult poses! I would recommended this studio to anyone looking for somewhere to start or continue their yoga journey :)
I've been attending Khali Yoga for over a month or so now. It was goal of mine to begin attending Yoga and Sundays have seemed to be the best days for me to go. Although I only attend class once a week, I have throughly enjoyed class with Chris! He is a great instructor and very passionate about the growth and well being of others. He inspires us to go beyond our comfort and dig deep within to experience levels that we may have never experienced before. I love how I'm becoming more in tune with my body and the souls in the room. I also enjoy seeing my own personal growth and strength. I would highly recommend Khali Yoga even if you just come to the Sunday class at 8:30a. I'm motivated every Sunday to show up!
I was having a hard time finding a yoga studio in Charlotte that offered a variety of different classes and wasn't too expensive -- then I found Khali! I just completed my first week and am loving it. Their monthly unlimited is just $80 and they also offer drop-in rates of $12/class. The instructors are great and everyone is very welcoming. Highly recommend!
