I visited Kathy for help with my golf game. I am a lifelong golfer but recently started to struggle with anxiety around what other golfers would think of me whenever I hit a bad shot. It got so bad I did not want to go to the driving range or practice or warm up for a round. Golf was no longer fun for me, as it had been for my whole life. After one ninety minute session with Kathy she gave me the tools I needed to look forward to playing golf and to overcome any negative feelings when they arise. Thank you Kathy for bringing the joy back to golf for me. I highly recommend Kathy and her hypnosis service.

I am a non-smoker. I think that statement alone is powerful enough for a review. After many unsuccessful years of struggling to quit smoking cold turkey, skin rashes from the patch and thousands of dollars spent on cigarettes, Kathy was the answer. If you want to quit and have tried everything, I recommend giving Kathy a shot. I am now 6 months smoke free, saved tons of money, and feel great. The day after our session it was as if I never smoked in my life. Invest in yourself!

Kathy is so good at what she does and helped me address my fear of claustrophobia. She listens, cares about her patients and will be your biggest cheerleader. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Skype hypnotherapy sessions with Jennifer.
