If you have stubborn knots or just need a relaxing massage, Day Break is the place! It's been a little over six months since I started regular sessions with Kirsten and she's helped me tremendously. She gives the best medical massage and is extremely knowledgeable. I know every time I go that I'm in good hands. If you have chronic pain and are looking for some relief, I would definitely recommend trying Day Break Massage and Wellness.
My first massage was a neuromuscular massage with Kirsten. It was amazing! I have jaw pain that leads to headaches and I had relief for days after her focused attention on my head and neck. It was also one of the best all around massages I have had in a while.
A+ massage! My doctor recommended I get a deep tissue massage for some neck pain I was having and Day Break was able to set an appointment up for me the same day. MJ did my massage and it was wonderful from start to finish! She paid special attention to my painful area and I felt much better walking out. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. In a lot of muscle pain yesterday. Muriel not only has strong hands and relieves the pressure, she has 'caring hands'. She uses the approach of using her hands to cover the affected area, then uses her fingers at same time for detail pressure, amazing technique!! Her attention and demeanor to ensure we, the customer feel the full effect of a true massage make her exceptional to anyone else I have ever had! I would follow her anywhere!!! She also closes by waiting for me to exit and asks if water is needed or ask how I feel. She is first class all the way.
