I have complete confidence in Dr. Newsome. She has diagnosed complicated issues I have had with no hesitation at all. The office is top notch in every aspect. This place was absolutely phenomenal from the moment I called to get help bc I was lost up to the moment I walked in the door. I LOVE that it's a younger doctor that truly understood my needs and was extremely personable! They have top notch everything! Truly the absolute best eye exam appt and office I've ever gone to. Yes, it was a little more expensive than the average but they are well above average and you get what you pay for! I will definitely be returning. I'm also so used to thinking I have to have a name brand frame but for it to be such an upscale office, they don't have many. But there is just something about the style of the options that are available! They helped me understand what would be a good fit for my face and picked out several options they thought I'd like and no office has ever done that. HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST IN CHARLOTTE!!!!.

This optometrist delivered an exceptional experience! The comprehensive contact lens exam, coupled with the retinal imagining, allowed for me to see images of my eyes in real-time. Dr. Robertson performed a thorough exam and ensured any and all questions I had were answered. Notably, Dr. Daluyin accommodated an emergency medical office visit effortlessly the day before my exam. Highly recommend for top-notch care and exceptional service.

Highly recommend this place. For years I've been looking for a great Dr. The one I seen here gave me more than answers in 10 minutes that I've been searching for for years. I'm not from the area and I was able to get an appt for the same day! I'll fly back just to see them.

Love Dr. Bailey and her staff! Been with them for over 10 years. Referred my friends too. It's nice to have someone to explain the health of my eyes and reassure me that having to have readers is just a normal part of aging. There are options too! Progressive eyewear! And they will measure your eyes correctly for the glasses!.

The whole staff at the EyeCareCenter is wonderful! Andrea is so patient and comforting. Aryn is very thorough and pleasant. Dr. Bailey is the absolute best! She takes her time and explains everything to me and answers all my questions. I won't trust my eyes to anyone else!.

The staff is very professional while still being warm and friendly. I feel like everyone in that office really wanted to make sure that I got a thorough exam after I explained that I thought my prescription was wrong (received from a different Dr and office).
