Two thumbs up for Jocelyn! So pleasant, thoughtful, and willing to have a discussion about pros & cons of various treatment options while explaining things in a way that I could understand, since I'm not fluent in the terminology of the aesthetic industry. I've seen several dermatologists and one other aesthetician in Charlotte, and the overall experience at Ageless Remedies has been the best I've found.

I've been going here for a while and I love this place! Heather is amazing! She does my facials and you actually see results! If you want laser hair removal, let me tell you, she's so professional!! and just so comfortable to be around, such a pleasant person! Takes her time and so you always leave happy and see results. I'm sure everyone else is great there too! I'd definitely recommend.

Extremely friendly staff that were very helpful in picking out the right skincare lotions for me. They will compound a special herbal lightening cream with Retin-A in it, which is unique to this practice. Love it! Thank you, Dr. Greenberg.
