KATHLEEN HICKS, DPT - LAGUNA PHYSICAL THERAPY & HAND REHABILITATION REVIEWS
It's a very professional, yet cozy warm place to go to. The staff there, from DPT, PT assistant, to receptionist, are all very polite, friendly and kind. The two DPT, Katie and Melodie, who worked on my hand's recovery after my stroke are very experienced, creative, thoughtful, encouraging and fun. monitoring my progress with what's best for me in their mind. They make the visit enjoyable and also speeding up my recovery. I highly recommend it!
Highly recommend Laguna Physical Therapy! My toddler with ASD who has low muscle tone receives monthly services to help build strength and coordination. His PT Ashleigh is awesome! She is great at providing tips and recommendations to support my son's needs and most importantly is FUN! She is always affirming of my son's strengths and is so good at motivating and engaging him in therapy. We love her!
Thank you Laguna PT. Bach is an incredible physical therapist we’ve had the honor to have working with our son. Also, we recently attended a 4 session Summer Camp with Katie that was so beneficial in helping my son take his first steps!

JEFF ALVES, PT, OCS, CSCS - ALVES & MARTINEZ PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
I’ve been going to Alves and Martinez Physical Therapy and Athletic Performance since high school and they have always provided the best athletic performance training in Elk Grove. Jeff Alves and Billy Martinez were instrumental in me becoming a superior athlete and being offered multiple scholarships to play Division I football. Jeff and Billy have also been a great resource for me while I was recovering from various injuries both in high school and college. Today, as an NFL player, I still seek out Jeff and Billy’s advice and guidance to maintain my peak performance as an athlete. They are understanding towards everyone’s situation and always dedicated to help people achieve their goals.
Alves & Martinez will always make you feel like your family! Professionals who are highly knowledgeable, efficient and convenient!! Starting with their receptionist Angela! Always polite, professional and her smile is very contagious! James McAfee! my physical therapy doctor who treated me and helped me to start using my arm and wrist again! I still need a little bit more work to get back to where it was but thanks to James there’s hope at the end of the tunnel… I would highly recommend Alves and Martinez physical therapy and athletic performance to everyone.
Jeff’s been my physical therapist for 3 years and his exceptional care was critical to my recovery after two surgeries, a broken foot in 2010 and rotator cuff repair in 2011. Thanks to Jeff’s treatment and individualized exercise program, I’m stronger than ever and remain injury free as I train for my first Olympic distance triathlon! I highly recommend Alves & Martinez PT.

CARY CAULFIELD, PT - CAPITOL PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
There's that family atmosphere. There's that warmth, there's that encouraging, cheerful service and people really care about you. It's not about getting the patient in and getting the patient out. It's about getting to know you better. Making it real easy in a time that's real difficult and challenging. You're in pain, you're hurt, the emotional dynamics of it. I would just say that they are great people and in any field of expertise you need to have that connection. The staff here make it easy. Physical Therapy is fun here
The treatment I received with Capitol PT was absolutely fantastic. I enjoyed looking forward to coming to physical therapy every week. Everything they did increased my ability to use my shoulder. And then when I had the knee operation, every bit of it helped. It was one of the high points of my week. I think the people @ CPT are more than just simply clinicians, they're really concerned and wonderful people.
I had the best time at your clinic. I feel better, stronger, and faster than ever. Like a million bucks. I want to thank everyone, especially Dave Bubniak, and Jemelee Peralta for all their help.
