We’ve been taking our fur babies here since 2021 and we are so grateful for the great service and care that is always provided. We have a 14-year-old Beagle mix and 8-year-old Labrador that have needed a lot of care in the last few years. Thanks to our dream care team, Dr. Hunt and Mackenzie, we have been able to catch many things early, allowing us to have more options for care and our fur babies are as happy as they can be right now! We know we can always reach out with any concerns and with urgent matters they always try to fit us in same day or give us guidance to get proper care. Thank you to the entire staff for the wonderful work you all do.

Just had the latest foundling spayed. The staff were thorough in pre op care and what to expect. Post op I was updated on the outcome and given a discharge time. At discharge, was given detailed explanation of recovery, things that may come up, and how to deal with it (including when to return to the vet). Franklin Ranch called and checked in a few days later just to make sure. The entire experience had the perfect balance of concern and professionalism. Thanks all! As an aside the foundling has recovered without issue :).

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and respect. The staff clearly care deeply about both animals and their owners. The facility itself is clean, thoughtfully laid out, and has a peaceful atmosphere. The veterinarian was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain everything clearly, always making sure I felt informed and involved in my pet's care. This office has earned our trust, and we’re grateful to have such a reliable and caring team near.

I brought my dog here for the first time in January. The staff was so friendly and very welcoming to me and my dog. Upon our arrival, my dog was greeted by very friendly staff who were all super welcoming (special shout out to Marissa!!!). During the appointment, Dr. K was very kind. He gave me opportunities to express my concerns and share observations, while letting me explain my some of the issues that have come up with my dog in the past. He also took the time to explain what my dog's issue could be, and all options for treatment. I felt heard, and confident in my dog's care. Additionally, in a world where taking our dogs to the vet can be crazy expensive, I feel that Bruceville Pet Hospital is very fair and straightforward in their pricing (dare I say, cheaper than other places even). Overall, my experience here was awesome and I feel good about having a great vet to take my dog to.

Hands down the BEST veterinary experience me and my family have ever had. We've been taking our dogs Spuds and Hades for years. Unfortunately we had to put both of them down in 2024 about 6 months apart. So when me and my wife decided to get a new puppy, it was pretty obvious who we were going to take him to. Everyone we've ever interacted with genuinely seem like they care. About us and our pets. And it doesn't hurt that they're significantly better priced than anyone else. We'll happily drive from Roseville every time because Bruceville Pet Hospital is just that amazing.

Took my kitty in when he had a mysterious thorn stuck in his leg.. thought it would be a small extraction but they pulled out a huge piece that went all the way thru his leg! So grateful to the Bruceville team who told me I could bring him in immediately, and for a very reasonable price when I was having no luck with same day appointments. My Batman is at home recovering and is a little swollen, expectedly, but seems so much more comfortable already. Thank you.
