I recently started hot yoga at YogaSix, and I’m already hooked! The studio has such a welcoming and calming vibe, and the staff is super friendly. The heat is just right—challenging but not overwhelming—helping me deepen my stretches and detox through sweat. The instructors are amazing, guiding you through every movement with encouragement and offering modifications for all levels. After each class, I feel stronger, more flexible, and completely refreshed. If you’re looking for a great hot yoga experience, I highly recommend YogaSix! Can’t wait for my next class!.

I just took the Solar Plexus Restore class at Y6, and wow, what an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome, & Johanna, the instructor, was absolutely magnificent. Her guidance & energy made the class feel both deeply restorative & zen. The ambiance at Y6 is so calming & inviting, & the location couldn’t be more convenient. Honestly, I’m so excited for my next class I’m literally kicking my feet on the way there! Highly recommend!.

The schedule is super convenient, with classes throughout the day that fit perfectly into my busy routine. The instructors are incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere is non-intimidating, making it a great space for all fitness levels. As a boutique gym owner and coach myself, I know how important it is to take time to step back, focus on self-care, and prioritize my own exercise. Uplift provides the perfect space for that, allowing me to recharge while challenging myself in new ways. I have been coming to uplift for the past two years now, and I couldn’t be more addicted. Uplift team & family have been great, which makes you want to come more. Teachers are super cool and provide the best workouts. It’s the best one hour that you can ask for you! Uplift has been my go to now even before making it to the gym (now days it’s whenever I feel like it). Such an awesome community.

My wife and i have been a member of the studio for several years. It's a great studio with friendly teachers and good choice of classes. Everyone going to the studio seem to really enjoy being there and that's what makes it special. Sadly we are moving out of town but we want everyone to give Carrie the owner and her team a shot.
