From the time I walked in into the Emergency Room to the day I checked out I received excellent service from your nursing staff, medical administrators and doctors. House keeping staff were equally as friendly and helpful. I felt confident I was being well cared for especially this being my first experience hospitalized.

Everything was clean. The staff up front were nice. The staff in the back were nice and efficient. The PA on the night I went was amazing! He gave me excellent care.The whole staff was very professional and polite. It was a very pleasant experience and pretty quick as well.

I was able to walk right up to the counter, fill in form and be seen within 15 minutes. In total I was in and out within an hour. Although, this was my first experience with urgent care. I must say, I was impressed.

Day before Thanksgiving my kiddo got a double ear infection and they squeezed us in about 30 min prior to closing after Sutter Urgent Care had shut us down minutes away with the same closing time. The staff was super helpful, considerate, and courteous. After walgreens ran out of my kid's amoxicillin, they were kind enough to redirect the prescription to one that was open for Thanksgiving the next morning. Big thank you to this team for saving our day.

Was very ill and they took me right in and Dr. Vang took good care of me, prescribing meds and taking a chest x ray and followed up with the results that evening. The staff up front does a great job getting people registered and handling the waiting room. Thank you so much.

I have been to this Urgent Care for my kids and myself, each experience has been a positive one. They are professional, expeditious, and curteuos.

They helped me with my issue and the dr on duty made me feel very comfortable and at ease with my sensitive issue. I went in stressed and came out relived. I recently visited Carbon Health Urgent Care Carmichael, and was very impressed with their service. The staff were kind, well-behaved, and truly understanding. Even though I was walk-in, they reviewed my concerns promptly, and the doctor saw my son in less than an hour. The entire facility was exceptionally clean. I really appreciated the quality of care and would highly recommend this urgent care center.

Found myself in need of an urgent care while visiting from Southern California. Carbon Health was a pleasant surprise. From the welcoming and kind front desk to the XRay tech to the physicians assistant, every one was very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. The wait was short, I would highly recommend.
