Every member of the team-nurses, counselors, aned administrative staff-demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and compassion. They prioritized my comfort and well-being from day one. Whether it was helping me settle in, managing my symptoms with care, or checking in on me regularly, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and heard. The facility was clean, calm and thoughtfully designed to promote healing, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the people. What stood out to me the most was how committed they were to helping me build a long-term recovery plan. They didn't just help me detox, they helped me start over. They connected me with further treatment options, including inpatient programs and community resources, ensuring I have a solid foundation once I leave. If you’re looking for one of the top rehab centers in Northern California I would only choose Diamond House . From the 5-star chef’s to the most wonderful, kind, caring and warm counselors . The team of staff members are amazing , the accommodations are fantastic. I want to thank everyone there for truly changing life for the better, and I can’t thank Vicky enough, Thank you so much ! The staff is amazing!!! I’ve searched so many detox facilities all over the U.S. and did not feel comfortable just reading about the process. The staff at IOP helped me grow and build a new foundation for my life. At first, I didn’t think I needed it but looking back, I absolutely did. I’m grateful I chose to enter the program to create a better path for myself. I volunteered to do this so I could develop a more stable and grounded perspective on life through my own lens. Self-reflection is everything, especially when it comes to recognizing your character defects and how others may view you. This place gave me the tools to gain insight, build resilience, and face difficult situations with strength. Through it all, my faith in God carried me. Each day I’ve had to make the choice to surrender to Him, trusting His plan even when I didn’t understand it. He gave me guidance and direction when I felt lost. If you don’t have a higher power, I encourage you to find something greater than yourself to believe in. That kind of belief gives you strength, purpose, and the ability to keep going when things get hard. Have the courage and discipline to stay consistent with the classes even when you don’t feel like it because just showing up is a powerful act of growth. Over time, it helps build new habits and a healthier routine.
