I love Roots PT! From working with Amy on both acute and maintenance PT issues, to amazing massage therapy with Danielle, to yoga with Julie... I'm so so happy I found this wonderful gem. Clean, beautiful, professional, warm and welcoming, Roots is unlike anywhere else I've ever been. I'm particularly grateful for the PT approach, which is unlike most other places: a PT appointment means 1:1 attention for the full hour and I walk out feeling better AND with a reasonable and manageable list of exercises to do @ home. Amy is not only a beautiful human but her work is what you want out of medicine. It is holistic, it is educational and empowering. Her goal is to use different modalities to get to the root cause of the pain. She educates and empowers you along the way to eventually do it on your own. I have recommended Amy to others. More people should take advantage of cash based medical services because the clinicians are truly in your court vs thinking about insurance reimbursement.

Started with yoga classes which are small so teachers can work with your needs. Needed Physical Therapy recently for back issues. Amy did evaluation and recommended Jackie. Both great to work with. I’m already feeling better. Highly recommend Roots!
