First time ever leaving an online review because this team deserves it! Chip and his staff are very kind, empathetic, and patient -- all around wonderful people to work with, which is precisely what you need when dealing with the frustration and pain of an injury. I honestly can't imagine a more positive PT healing experience. My favorite aspect of their approach is the flexible/adaptable model that they teach you, which gives as much autonomy as desired, while still providing tailored support and guidance. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

My physial therapy experience at Total Motion was better than I could ask for! Chip, Vincent and Prachi are patient, kind, and (most of all) passionate about what they do. I came to therapy with a shoulder sprain, but their healing methods taught me how to to fix any other problem area :) Not only am I back to regular workouts at the gym, but I am fully empowered and equipped with the tools/skills necessary to continue therapy on my own!
