JOSEPH PHO, PT, DPT - THERAPYDIA PORTLAND REVIEWS
I've been very happy with my experience at Therapydia. Chie does an excellent job adjusting exercises to fit my physical limitations. She has also recommended new treatments like cupping that have been very effective. Overall, the entire staff has been friendly and professional.
The staff at Therapedia are great and very knowledgeable. I'd been to other PT clinics and chiropractors but Brenden went more in depth with me about my body mechanics than anyone previously. We worked on my lifting form and developed an accessory program to address my issues. Very grateful for his help!
I absolutely love this clinic. The staff is so helpful!! Joesph is my physical therapist and cannot recommend highly enough!

BROOKE CARMEN, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, CMPT - WHOLE BODY HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
Great people. Great spot. Front desk Kristina was very polite, patient and helpful getting me in to see Brooke my physical therapist. Brooke is very professional, knowledgeable, and understands what is needed individually. I would highly recommend this business for your physical therapy needs.
My first visit with Brooke went really well. I felt heard and respected during my visit, and feel like I have a way forward to work towards my PT goals. Their office is a bit awkwardly located, but it's very pleasant inside and the front desk staff person was welcoming and helpful.
I get one on one with my PT Brooke. I don't get handed off to a PT Tech. Lovely small clinic with caring people

RACHEL COHEN-HEBERT , PT, DPT, OCS - MECHANOTHERAPY REVIEWS
I came to Mechano therapy around 2 months into my recovery from a broken patella. I was struggling and as soon as I started working with Rachel I started to gain hope and confidence in my healing process. I really appreciated her holistic approach and I really benefited from the Blood flow restriction therapy. I worked with Annalise several times as well and she is also an amazing PT! I honestly feel I am coming out of this injury stronger than I was before and I owe it to Rachel for her expertise and encouragement! If I ever require PT again, I will definitely be going back to Mechano. Highly recommend.
I cannot emphasize how great Mechanotherapy was for me. Rachel was an absolute gem. I was a victim to a hit and run and if it wasn’t for her I doubt I would have made any progress. I had put on weight and I couldn’t walk well. My back pain was bad, the range of my neck was also limited. She made sure within the 6 week program biweekly she used to show me my progress. The best part is that she made sure no steroids were used in the process all strength focused training. Whatever pains and issues I had she used to address it immediately no matter what time of the day. I would highly recommend Mecganotherapy because it works unfortunately I have shifted from Portland but I really wished there was something similar here.
Rachel is by far the best PT I've worked with. I've been suffering from major neck and neurological issues from a bike crash 4 years ago. After visiting two other PT's with minimal improvement, Rachel has helped me make major strides toward recovery. She's also extremely personable and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
