MOOTZ PIZZERIA + BAR REVIEWS

First time and already one of my favorites. Sydney was our waitress. We sat outside on the heated patio. Great service. Great Pizza(Fire Hawaiian add Pepperoni(Halal), Salad, and Garlic Knot bread.

From out of town. Was recommended to us by a local so we stopped for lunch... & we were so happy we did! The garlic knots were phenomenal. Good combo of pizza options; we got two smalls & split them - both were so tasty.

We had a great time at Mootz! The garlic knots were delicious and our server, Sasha was so nice! Would definitely come back next time I visit Detroit.

Cool, upbeat , trendy environment. Service was friendly and fast. The slices are massive, pretty good slice , if your in eastern market it’s a must try pizza joint.

Excellent NY style pizza and a great atmosphere. Family friendly. Quality ingredients. Service staff was friendly and prompt. I appreciate the halal pepperoni option from a local meat market. Will be coming back.

We tried 6 pizzas, and they were each delicious. The red, white, and green was the best.

LOUI'S PIZZA REVIEWS

The BEST Detroit style pizza in Michigan! Better than Buddy's, Cloverleaf, Shields, Jet's, and Green Lantern! I was told that Loui used to work at Buddy's and Shields. Very cheesy pizza, great sauce, and absolutely delicious crust! The antipasto salad was fantastic! Big chunks of fresh brick cheese, salami, and ham with the perfectly seasoned vinegarette dressing (opted for no tomato). We got a carryout. I can only imagine how good the pizza would have been had we dined in and ate it hot out of the oven. Will be back for sure. I can't believe it's taken me 40 years to find this legendary place. Great job Loui's Pizza.

I've been a fan of Loui's Pizza for decades. Their pizza is a thick Detroit style. There is no shortage of toppings. They load it with Cheese. Their crust is crunchy and delicious. I love it. I've never been disappointed. The inside has a cozy, quaint atmosphere. Great service too.

The deep fish pizza was great. The Greek salad was 10/10. Highly recommended stop, this place is busy, so it speaks a lot about the service (10/10) and food.
