Olbrich Botanical Gardens is a 16-acre free outdoor garden that features stunning landscapes and Midwest-hardy plants, as well as a sunken garden and a perennial garden. The garden features 16 beautiful acres of outdoor gardens and the Bolz indoor conservatory, a tropical oasis with native plants, a waterfall, and free-flying birds. The botanical gardens' designs maintain the interpretive parks and plant collections. OBG provides two scheduling options for K-5 school groups to participate in a paid program. Visitors can enjoy the tropical surroundings, including a river and free-flying butterflies. The many water fountains, ponds, and falls will make visitors feel relaxed, and you can see the unique spots of vegetation throughout the expansive area. Olbrich Botanical Gardens offers free open spring and fall tram runs during weekends and daily during the summer. The garden offers free admission for children under 5 and members.
