We hired Elevate Events because my brother and his wife had such an amazing experience with them while planning their wedding... Although we knew that they would provide excellent service and care, we were STILL blown away. Katie and Kirstie became my two closest friends during the planning process. Not only did they execute my dream day, they handled all of my wild ideas and a HUGE wedding with grace, patience, and KINDNESS. Through their consistent communication, timeliness, and reassurance, I always trusted that Elevate Events would provide the most magical day and overall wedding planning experience. These girls are the best in the business and I cannot recommend them enough.

Elevate Events is hands down the best wedding planner in the Midwest. Their taste, keen aesthetic eye, network of incredible vendors, and focus on customer care made working with them on my Wisconsin wedding an absolute dream. They planned three stunning events over two days and their team was phenomenal with logistics, set up, support throughout, and tear down at the end of the evening. Most importantly, their calm and prepared approach allowed me and my husband to be completely present and enjoy our big day. They truly had everything handled. We hired Rob for our daughter's wedding. He was WONDERFUL! Throughout the planning we really appreciated his guidance with vendor recommendations & selection, contract reviews, helpful checklists, and his responsiveness to all of our questions. He also scheduled timely check-ins along the way. When the wedding weekend arrived, he ran everything so seamlessly! He did everything from directing the rehearsal, maintaining vendor communication & coordination, setting up decor, keeping us on the pre-determined timeline for the day, all the way to packing up at the end of the night. He took so much stress out of the weekend for us and delivered a perfect day for our families. Everything looked stunning. This is the easiest 5 star review. We met Rob through the WedPlan expo and instantly knew he was the core of our June wedding in 2024. We instantly clicked with Rob's magnetic personality, and we could feel that he felt the same about us! He was no stranger to recommend vendors and ideas for our ceremony/reception, and he spared no expense in making sure our big day was one to remember. Hiring Rob was one of the best things we did for our wedding! We needed a day-of coordinator and someone to run the rehearsal the night before and we liked that he offered different packages and the ability to add on services. He did a great job coordinating the rehearsal, decorating the venue and keeping our timeline on track. We were able to relax and enjoy our day while he took care of everything.
