The Frederik Meijer Gardens are so beautiful and expansive! The atmosphere is calm and inviting, the staff are kind and helpful. If you like art and nature, I highly recommend making a visit! I loved the butterfly exhibit, as well as the carnivorous plant room and the Forest of Dreams exhibit. There are so many cacti to look at in the arid climate room! I can’t wait until it’s warm so I can come back and comfortably explore the sculpture park!
My daughter and I enjoyed the butterfly exhibit!! The staff is always so friendly and helpful The quails are so cute along with the canaries. Will definitely be going back. The sculptures are very interesting. The handicap parking area is plentyful. The wheelchairs are readily available. I can't wait until the plants outside start blooming. Beautiful outdoor areas.
Great place to see butterflies up close and personal during their annual exhibit in March-April. Explore the grounds with something always blooming and a lot of outdoor places to play for kids of all ages. Outdoor music in a wonderful setting is a great summer activity.
