Having Kasey with The Best Day Details as our day of coordinator truly helped to make our wedding the best day and I cannot recommend Kasey enough! Our bridal party and families loved having Kasey and her assistant to help us throughout the day, and they were our saving grace for setting up! Our venue only allowed a short set up period but you would have never known by seeing how phenomenal the reception vision came together. Everything she did for us truly took a weight off our shoulders and allowed us to be present and ENJOY in the biggest day of our lives. From consultations, creating our timeline, contacting our vendors, to all of the incredible work they did on the day of, they truly do it all! Hannah went above and beyond to make sure that all of the decorating and logistics of our wedding day went off seamlessly, including a room flip! All I can say is wow! Words cannot express how incredible it was to work with Emily throughout our wedding planning process. Emily was so organized, professional and amazing to work with. All throughout the process I felt like I was planning my wedding with one of my best friends. She was always there to answer any questions and give advice when making decisions. We had a great experience with McKenzie from Stellaluna! McKenzie was our coordinator for our July wedding in northern Michigan. McKenzie and her team handled every detail throughout our wedding weekend so that we were able to relax and fully enjoy the day without worrying about vendor communication, decor setup and breakdown, or any issues that came up. During the planning process, we had several helpful check in calls with McKenzie and she was always very quick to respond to texts for any random questions that popped up.
