The Gardner School of Cincinnati, previously known as The Compass School of Cincinnati, has been serving families since 2000. It is the first program of its kind in southwest Ohio. Katey Suits, the Administrative Director, leads the school in offering a Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum. This approach is rooted in a deep understanding and appreciation of the child. The school holds accreditation from NAEYC, widely recognized as the gold standard for quality in childcare programs. At The Gardner School, children have the opportunity to explore their school and engage in dynamic programs. The environment itself plays a vital role in fostering a successful Reggio-inspired program and is often referred to as the "third teacher." Classroom environments are thoughtfully designed to reflect the needs and interests of the children, parents, and teachers who are part of the learning community. To schedule a tour, you can either call or fill out the form on their website. In addition to serving families in Cincinnati, the preschool extends its services to families in Loveland, Maineville, Mason, Deerfield Township, and the surrounding communities.

THE GARDNER SCHOOL OF CINCINNATI REVIEWS
As a parent, I am thrilled with the care of my son in the infant wing. I rest easy during the day knowing my child is not just being supervised, but is being loved and nurtured by his teachers. They actively encourage his development through play and accommodate his individual feeding/sleeping schedule. As the kindergarten teacher of The Compass School, I believe it speaks volumes that I love my job, the people I work with, and the school that I work in. The staff and families are a community and there is a sense of warmth and welcome in every room. I've been here for many years and I plan on being here for many more!
I have been so happy with our experience at Compass! This past year I have seen so much growth in my toddler both academically and socially. The staff is wonderful and my son absolutely adores his teachers (he frequently talks about them at home). As a former teacher, I truely believe The Compass School has the best curriculum in the Cincinnati area!
We have three children at The Compass School and couldn’t be happier. Our kids have been in the infant, toddler and preschool wings during our time there and we have had great experiences in each. The teachers are creative and compassionate; the environment encourages exploration and sparks curiosity. We feel very fortunate to have our boys in such a great school.
