Great Art Deco style and well kept. A classic while in Cincinnati. Excellent customer service. Rooms are comfy well kept. Great location for all the sport venues and to walk around the business district.
Great location. Breakfast at Palm Court was delicious. Room was great. It us a historic hotel so the decor is on the older side. It's clean, people were nice. Will be go to spot when in Cincinatti.
Beautiful hotel and wonderful service. Our room was lovely and the lobby/bar area was vibrant with beautiful Christmas decorations. The Sunday brunch was delicious. Loved everything about our stay... except for the Chiefs loss.

HYATT REGENCY CINCINNATI REVIEWS
Our stay was great! Hotel looked great I didn’t see past Lobby and room since we got there late in the day. Room was so clean. Hotel was in a great location. We were able to walk downtown for food. We got a parking card that was later validated and parking was free. This hotel was not far from Creation Museum we had visited earlier in the day.
Very nice rooms, gym was a little small and therefore got pretty crowded in the morning. Hotel catered the conference I attended and the food was excellent. The restaurant on the first floor wasn't the best. Customer service and valet were great.
Friendly staff, clean room, and beautiful views! Check-in was quick and easy with a huge thanks to Scott for putting me on the top floor! The room had a great view of Cincy and I was pleasantly surprised with a downtown firework show the night I stayed! The hotel is clean, easy to navigate, and valet was fast. Looking forward to coming back, excellent stay!

21C MUSEUM HOTEL CINCINNATI REVIEWS
This place is super special to us. We had our first date here and after many more visits, decided to have our wedding here. Our friends and family were blown away with the beauty of the hotel, lobby, lawn, ballroom and every amenity. We were treated like royalty and they made the day absolutely perfect. Food was delicious, rooms comfy and definitely the best.
WOW, staying in a Museum hotel is an experience. Beautiful art and wonderful vibe. Service was prompt most of the time and the staff was very friendly. Located in the arts district lots to see and do. I was surprised that they didn't have any ice machines and no microwave in the rooms, but was able to get a mini fridge. Ive stayed a lot of places and this was a unique one of a kind experience.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was fresh and clean, artful and creative. The restaurant was delicious and well serviced. The art exhibits and sprinkle of art details throughout the space was fun and entertaining. People were friendly and professional - hard to find these days.
