Had an amazing stay for a friend's daughter's wedding. The hotel was in my opinion perfect, full of history and charm with lots of character. If you are looking for pristine perfection it might not be for you but if you appreciate architecture, attention to detail, uniqueness give it a try. Best of all was the staff! Friendly and accommodating without being stuffy. Shout out to the Saturday night bar manager that made us Vegas bombs! You know who you are. You made our night until our neighbor complained. Lol, Clean Rooms, Comfortable beds. 10/10.

Beautiful interior, you feel like you stepped back in time with the detailed architecture, art deco designs, and spacious rooms, and my closet was the size of most hotel rooms...you could break dance in there...huge. Staff was friendly, rooms very clean. Bar had a good atmosphere, and room service is available. Valet parking. There are plenty of options for parking in the hotel parking garage or across the street parking garage. With in walking distance to the Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium. Reasonably priced.

Loved staying at this place!! The atmosphere is amazing staff is very friendly and accommodating.. the room I had was stunning.. the guy at the door.. Kelly is a top notch guy.. always a smile and so helpful.. he was my favorite person in Cincinnati.. we went to Cincinnati to see my sister graduate from college and this place was the perfect place and has so many shops and amenities.. don't forget to check out the live music at the restaurant by the lobby I could rate this place with more than 5 stars if they allowed.

HYATT REGENCY CINCINNATI REVIEWS

So welcomed and taken care of at the Americans for the Arts conference. The food was especially nice for a large conference. Removing one star from service only for one or two incidents I noticed where staff might have been a bit more helpful, but overall staff and service were friendly, helpful, and performed their work with pride and joy.

We stayed here for a two day corporate event and really enjoyed our time. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. The location was prime for participating in anything in the city. We walked to the Cincinnati Reds game, which was a comfortable 12-minute walk. The event space fit all of our team and the food service provided was really well done. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, the experience was top-notch. The hotel is clean, modern, and perfectly located downtown — walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and the riverfront.

THE WESTIN CINCINNATI REVIEWS

The Westin is the bomb! They are kid and dog friendly. The perfect place for our large family! We also got so much help from Jack, the kind, resourceful, incredibly helpful doorman. Theresa also helped find us a good breakfast place for all the kids with us. The front desk staff helped to find the perfect rooms for us, all on the same floor! The only downside was that the pool was closed due to coronavirus, but that just means they are trying to keep us safe. Wonderful rooms with gorgeous views and the most important part: the top staff in the state.

My first time at the Westin Cincinnati and I was very impressed. Valet greeting was warm and professional. The front desk manager was very friendly and offered a free room upgrade. The view was excellent, even though there was next to no one on the streets. The room was clean and well appointed. The location was convenient to shopping, sports and restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very close to the Duke Energy convention center and is walkable across just 2 blocks. The entrance lobby is posh and the check-in service was quick. The rooms are lavish and I got the one overseeing the fountain square. The washrooms are clean and rom service is great.
