He was very personable and easy to work with and made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. He took care of all the paperwork and I received a call the next morning to schedule someone to get final measurements. I had bought from Champion in the past and have been very happy with their products and the service they provide.
Champion built my All Season Room and it’s phenomenal! Everyone involved from the Sales Team, the Installation Planners, to each of the groups of workers involved in the actual building and finishing of the room were fantastic. I can’t say enough of them! I highly recommend Champion.

He came to my home, reviewed my current windows and patio door and provided various options that would help increase the energy efficiency in my home. I had already received proposals from two other window companies before this meeting. My final decision was based on the fact that Gilkey is a local company and they have a great warranty which proves they believe in their products. The windows and door were installed this last week and the entire process was amazingly smooth. The installers were experienced, professional and meticulous. Had an older bay window replaced with a custom bay window from Gilkey. Absolutely love this new window. The entire process from sales, measure, to installation was professional and clearly explained. Service guys were great and answered any questions we had as window was being installed. Gilkey had previously installed all of our other windows in our home so we knew we wanted them to do our bay window. Gilkey is an honest and trustworthy company and we highly recommend them.

Had 12 windows replaced and decided on Windows Direct USA because of the salesman, Brandon. He was very personable, knew his stuff about the windows, and was a pleasure to work with. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive quote we received, but were in the price range we needed for the value of the windows. The installers were very polite and made sure the windows fit perfectly. I love the look of the windows on the house, everything is so bright and open. I didn't even put the blinds back up because it would block the pretty windows! Cleaning is a breeze and I don't mind doing the outsides anymore because the top and bottom tilt in! Can't say enough about the company, the installers, or the windows themselves. I'm so very happy with it all.
