I’ve been living at Galbraith Pointe Townhomes for the past 7 months, and my experience has been great so far. The management team is kind, empathetic, and communicates very well—which makes a huge difference when you’re looking for a place that feels like home. The community is well-maintained, and I’ve felt comfortable and supported throughout my time here. I definitely recommend Galbraith Pointe to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to live.

Office staff, maintenance staff all great. I've never had an issue that wasn't addressed. My neighbors are respectful and it's quiet. My apartment is great. The only suggestion, get a different color paint for the interior, that would make the place look a little more upscale. I'm always in awe of the fact that, not only do the remove the snow from the streets and parking spaces, but they also remove the snow from each walkway, and I live in the townhomes. Thank you guys so much for taking good care of us.

I had such a great experience touring Galbraith Townhomes! The community is beautiful, and Ashley Hart was truly amazing—professional, welcoming, and clearly the definition of #blackgirlmagic. She went above and beyond, even calling me immediately when someone else inquired about the unit I loved just so I had a chance to apply. Thanks to her, I got the townhome I wanted! Highly recommend working with her if you're looking for your next home.

I've lived at Olde Montgomery for over a year now and I absolutely love it! My apartment is so cozy and the staff are always so kind and considerate! The apartments are made very well structurally compared to previous apartments I've lived in and whenever there is a problem, they are extremely fast to respond! I've been very impressed with their maintenance as whenever an issue does arise, they come immediately and solve the issue quickly! I also appreciate that they do a check/walk-through every 6 months to make sure everything is in working order as that gives me peace of mind for any major issues. The atmosphere is wonderful and the landscape here is beautiful with lakes and benches all around. The complex is just 5 minutes from Sycamore High School which is extremely convenient as I have a teenager there now. Pretty much anything you could need (grocery, dining, gas, etc) is within a 5-8 minute drive from here as well which is also a plus. I absolutely love living here and plan on staying for many years to come!.

I really enjoy living here. It's peaceful, and we have always felt safe here. Our townhouse is lovely, maybe a little (ok a lot) of squeaking (absolutely no sneaking around for midnight snacks;)). But, it works for us.

This community checked off all of the boxes that I was looking for, and then some. The extra bonus oddly enough was Kaitlyn! She was my main point of contact showing me the community. She truly cares about the residents, their concerns, loves where she works and it shows. Kaitlynn took care of a minor concern that I had to get the place move in ready and literally stopped her car to pick up a piece of trash off the street. I feel confident moving to a community where the office/Kaitlynn is caring, honest, responsive, has your concerns foremost in her mind and a pleasure to be around.
