3 Best Mattress Stores in Cincinnati, OH

Went into the store just looking around. Tina was very helpful and made us feel really comfortable with our shopping experience. It was one of those things that my wife and I had been putting off but we were able to realize that we needed something new. We've been on the new mattress for close to a month now and we really notice a the difference in our sleep. We will continue to go to mattress firm any time we need to buy a new mattress.

We walked in and were immediately greeted with a smile by Jamie. She was very nice with a great sense of humor. Took all the fear and guesswork out of picking what was right for us. She let us try multiple options and answered every question we had without hesitation. Very knowledgeable about matching your sleeping habits to the right mattress. I highly recommend speaking to Jamie.

Very nice staff, gave us a rundown of the mattresses we were interested in. They let us take our time trying out the mattresses, along with some pillows, they didn't hover which we really like that part. Shortly after we made our choice purchased the mattress, and it is in our home and we are comfortable. Thank you mattress firm.

Visited this Purple store with the intent to try each mattress and make a purchase. My fiance and I are very different sleepers, me in my side, him on his back, and I also suffer from neck, shoulder, and lower back pain. Bob did such an amazing job walking us through each one and giving us the chance to try them out. The difference in support the mattresses gave me were crazy! When checking out, Bob did his best to be accommodating to what we needed. He even reminded us about the student discount since I'm back in school! We had a great time and cannot wait until our mattress gets delivered.

Bob the Sleep Genius was absolutely wonderful! The best customer service I’ve had in so long! He definitely convinced me to get 2 purple pillows and sleep goggles.
