The Owner and Inspector was literally one of the most genuine, sincere, honest, caring and thorough people that I have ever met! I called him in a panic and desperately needing a secondary evaluation on a home that I was under contract on, with only hours until my allowed time to complete an inspection was over... I was losing hope on phone call number 9 seeking an available inspector and in tears! He shifted his schedule around to save me! And save me he truly did! Not only did he shift his schedule around, but he did not rush! He was thorough and didn't once make me feel as if I had put him in a tight spot for his busy day! I will never be able to thank him enough, or ever be able to repay him for what he did! I will be recommending him to everyone that I know! He calmed me down when I didn't even feel as if it was possible and put me at ease within minutes. I wish that I could give he, and his employee (whom was also just such a kind, sincere and thorougg man) more than 5 stars! There aren't many men made like them any more!.

Wife and I used this family owed business because we heard from friends the "Commish" was professional and thorough. We ended up losing the house before the purchase so we needed another pre purchase inspection. We called Mr. Johnson's company back out for next house. He saw that we were down so this time he said a prayer and told us to claim it. He talked us through the inspection pointing out issues.They found an issue that I had walked passed several times. He and his associate felt like friends over for a visit. To top it off he gave us a discount. I recommend this company and LORD willing if I need another inspection First Choice gets my business.
