He was very prompt, professional, and explained the whole process. We noticed he was VERY detailed with his inspection checking every thing in the home from big to small. I went with Peel Home Inspections after getting a referral to use them. They are pretty busy but were able to get our home inspection completed in a timely fashion and for a very reasonable price. Ryan was very very thorough and found things that never in a million years would I have noticed such as a small spot missing paint on an outdoor post that was exposed to weather. I loved that before closing they went and re-checked everything that they had previously found and QUICKLY had the report back to us. His office staff had sent the re-inspection to me in less than 30 mins after he was finished. I have nothing but good things to say for Ryan and his staff!.
