Dimas was amazing. I am a nervous first time home buyer and he really involved me in the inspection process. He was on time, patient with some difficulty of us getting into the building, and extremely helpful beyond his job scope as an inspector. He responds quickly via text and makes sure to make you feel comfortable and knowledgeable about all of the facets of your property. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and for once all of the AMAZING reviews were right. He is also a contractor so I plan to use him in the future.

Dimas was very hands-on and went through each step of the inspection thoroughly with me. He answered every question I had and made sure to pause during each step of the inspection to make sure I understood everything and answer any questions. I really appreciated the hands-on approach as it was so helpful in gaining a good understanding of the current state of the house. You also get a report once its all done, so you get everything in writing as well. Overall, it was a really great experience and look forward to using his services again in the future.

Dimas was very informative when he inspected the home I’m purchasing. Explained to me what he would be inspecting from the home and why he was doing so.
