David and Ali are the best! We originally got connected to the team in 2020 while going through the NACA home buying program. Both of them came out and inspected EVERYTHING! electrical, drainage, roof, foundation, you name it. They are super thorough and have a really good sense of homes and what you need to look out for. Unfortunately that home didn’t work out (too many repairs), and then the next house didn’t work out (they caught a 70k retaining wall that no one else called out), then, finally we closed on a house that David and team inspected. Overall, they saved us money, were super transparent, and just genuinely good people. Can’t go wrong here!.

This team was quick to respond to my call and gave me a lot of helpful information. Their pricing was fair and they did a really good job of inspecting my property and came back with a VERY detailed list of things to take care of. We were happy with this because it allowed us to notify the sellers before we closed and we got some of the fixes covered. They also got a termite inspection team come in for us. That was super convenient and saved us the trouble of finding and scheduling one on our own. Overall very happy with Morrison Plus Property Inspections. Very friendly, helpful and quick! I was able to get an inspection set up within two days of reaching out to him. He and his team were great to work with and I'd happily use them again in the future or refer them to others.
