PRECISE Inspections

We've used Precise twice now for inspections and both times they've been able to squeeze us into their schedules at times most convenient to us and within a few days of our initial request. The reports are returned back quickly and have been thorough and clear. During both inspections (one w/ Tim, one w/ Joe), they took the time to walk us through the trickier parts of the properties and give us a clear path forward on the homes. Will use them again in the future!

The inspection was very thorough, with a detailed report within 24 hours. Tim was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also willing and able to answer any questions.
