I was surprised by the level of customer service and communication I received when I called to schedule an inspection. The rep on the phone was friendly, had a great tone, and seemed like he really enjoyed his job. During the inspection, Desmond saved my buyer from buying a home that was renovated, but had a lot of issues. I appreciate his honesty and for going the extra mile to communicate with us. Our home inspector, Desmond, was extremely courteous and thoroughly explained the highlights to us at the final walk through. He took us one room at a time and had solutions to any of the concerns or issues he noted. The report was provided to us very quickly after its completion.
