HomeTek did a great job for our first move-in inspection. The inspector erred on the side of caution when looking at potential issues in the home and was VERY thorough - both of which we really appreciated. One month in and so far no big surprises that weren’t revealed in the inspection which is great! I would definitely recommend them.

We had HOMETEK do an 11m builders warranty inspection on our new home. They were very quick to come out, professional and informative. We received a thorough report with pictures that we were able to provide to our builder. Our builder was even appreciative of such a thorough and well detailed report. I would recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection!!!
