Bounce Genie

We have used Bounce Genie at least 3 times and have always had a great experience. They have an easy to use website for reservations, which I love. They deliver on time and communicate through text to let you know when they are in route. Our kids have always had a blast. They ensure everything is clean and well secured. The staff has always been friendly when communicating including the delivery team.

The team is amazing: communication, delivery, setup and pickup 5 stars. We hosted a pirate themed 6th birthday party and use the tiki island, bounce house and double slide. Oh my god what a huge success this birthday party was for 25 kids. My daughter said, “ my favorite part of my birthday was bouncing in the bounce house with all of my friends!” She also woke up this morning and said “I had a dream last night about my bounce house birthday party and going down the slide again! Can we keep the bounce house?” Thank you all for making this happen.

Very good service, they were very considerate about changes in weather conditions. Glad we were finally able to use the bounce house. Kids enjoyed really well and bounce was clean and setup team was very friendly.
