We had a great experience! We had to reschedule our original date due to rain so we got a rain check for the full amount. When it came time to rescheduling it was totally hassle free. Everyone we dealt with was great to work with, the bounce house was amazing, and they were not only on schedule but early for drop off and right on time for pick up. We would definitely use them again!

Always an ease and a guaranteed success using this company for our daughter’s birthday. Mr. Moonbounce has a large variety of moonbounces available; we always seem to find one that we like, especially when booking in advance. Their booking process is easy and simple. The drivers (that drop off and pick up) are friendly and professional and even call ahead to let you know when they will be arriving on party day, sometimes even earlier than scheduled (which works wonderfully for me). I always appreciate this, knowing how chaotic it can be with all of the last minute details before guests arrive. I have had past experiences with OTHER companies where I have had to call them on party day to see where they were, close to the party start time- which was an absolute nightmare and heart attack waiting- BUT NOT with this company. I highly recommend Mr. Moonbounce for your Moonbounce needs! Professional, no games, and an ease to book. We will continue to rent through Mr. Moonbounce for years to come! I had an amazing experience with Mr. Moonbounce! I rented 2 bounce houses and tables and chairs. I also arranged a balloon twister and face painter through them; both ladies were incredibly talented - I was blown away by how amazing they were! Everything was SO so easy to arrange through Mr. Moonbounce, and I was so pleased with the customer service, professionalism, and kindness of all people I interacted with. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them! I can't say enough good things. They literally made our party a success!
