Mr. Roof of Grand Rapids

Nick came to our house promptly and was very attentive to our needs. Between him and the office staff coordinating our issues and questions we are so happy he came to help us figure out our options. American Classic had a chance to get this job but because they didn't seem to care about helping us figure out the issues with financing, they made us feel unimportant for such a big purchase. We are getting new roofing and gutters on both of our structures and Nick helped us every inch of the way. The warranty is good enough to be able to use as a selling point for the future!

My husband and I had shopped around all summer trying to get the best price on roofing. We spoke with some independent general contractors and finally got in touch with Nick Gelock at the Grand Rapids location! He came out swiftly and did try giving us a big annoying sales pitch- which was 100% appreciated!!! We signed that day!! The guys came out yesterday after a rain delay and worked quickly!!! They were literally skimming through our MANY fall leaves to find additional debris they may have missed! It was a 10/10 experience and I would recommend this company and this team to anyone!!!

Went through mister roof after we had water damage from a bad storm. One of the guys came out and gave us a quote and was so nice and didn’t try to force the most expensive option on us. We did wait a 4-5 weeks before getting the day set for our roof to be repaired but part of that time was on us. When they came out to do our roof they got here and then we’re done within 4 hours and then within an hour someone was here to follow up and take the extra supplies that weren’t used
