I used Nelson for the second time, and again, was impressed. For jobs big or small, Nelsons was responsive to my contracting needs. I have had poor experiences getting responses from other contractors, no return phone calls, follow up with quotes, etc. Both times using Nelson's, follow ups were responsive and precise. Cost of repairs was fair and quality of work met expectations.

Nelson’s contracting customer service is amazing. The situation like mine is the type that really show a companies values and character. My truck was parked next to one of their company trucks in a buisness parking lot. I had a door ding on my truck when I left the parking lot. I called the company and explained the situation. Without hesitation they sent me a check in the mail for the price I had given them to get it fixed.
