ORIGINAL SUB SHOP & DELI REVIEWS

I have been going to The Original Sub Shop for years. The food is always amazing. Recently I ordered lunch for my staff and was blown away by the stunningly arranged basket of food that was delivered. My staff went wild for the roast beef subs, curry salad and homemade chocolate chip cookies. The Sub Shop makes a great sub, and then kicks it up a notch to make the greatest sub you'll ever have. A Toledo staple.

This is one of the best local lunch spots in Toledo. The owner is a ray of sunshine and the atmosphere is quirky and cute. Definitely try the homemade soups and desserts. Subs are made with fresh ingredients. The staff is very warm and friendly. I can’t speak highly enough about this place.

Just visited here from the station down the street during a greyhound smoke stop. The sandwhich was really good, the staff was really friendly, and they had Courtney Barnett on the speakers. I think I'll have to come back to Toledo just to go here!

Our first time here. It was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The subs were definitely Generous portion would recommend half size best bang for your buck. The fresh cut fries are delicious and they display the potatoes so you are assured to get fresh every time.

I’ve been eating Penn Station for a very long time and this location is by far my best experience yet. The cheesesteak is elite and the fries lived up to their name as well. The manager is super nice. I’ll remember the meal I had here forever. The food was that good.

Place is really nice, super clean and has great staff. Food tastes and smells amazing and it didn't take too long to get.

FIREHOUSE SUBS REVIEWS

Great sandwiches and very friendly service at this location. Interior decorated with local fire department memorabilia, Toledo Fire and Sylvania Fire. I got a BOGO offer and was in the neighborhood so that's honestly why I stopped in. Sandwiches at normal price are expensive, I get it, the restaurant business is suffering right now. I like that Firehouse Subs supports local communities. Had the Italian sub ( delicious) and the Engineer sub (ham, turkey, roast beef) also delicious.

Great Service, both employees working tonight was very nice, and went the extra mile to give us good service.

Great place, great food! Staff are very friendly, and they always remember our order! Place is always clean!
