Hemenway's Restaurant

This was my first time here, and after all this time living in RI, I’m not sure why this is my first appearance. It’s located in beautiful downtown Providence right along the Providence River and water fire area. They have an outside patio that seats plenty of in the summer months. The interior is very visually appealing as well. They have plenty of seating but you definitely need to make a reservation here. The hostess, and staff were professional as was their attire. The tables were set up in a classy way. Our server was great and attentive. The food was phenomenal, we had a large party and we tried multiple apps and entrees. Nothing disappointed. I look forward to coming back here. Seafood entrees were amongst the best I’ve had.

Food was awesome, consistency is the key. It has always been a great experience here! Started with the steamed Mussels appetizer. A fabulous flavor in the sauce! Had Grilled Yellow Fin Tuna a la Oscar, My girl had Seafood Casserole. Service was great and the atmosphere was a modern type of setting.
