Chez Pascal is a seasonally driven restaurant that serves housemade hot dogs, sausages & sandwiches. Located in Chez Pascal, the Wurst Kitchen focuses on home-made sausages & is open for lunch too. Chez Pascal is the home for contemporary French cuisine in Providence, made with local produce and New England flair. The luscious onion soup gratinée topped with gruyère cheese and herb croutons, and the roasted mussels with garlic crostini make excellent starters. All menu items offered by Chez Pascal are seasonal and based on the best local ingredients.
