We called for security service and spoke with Chuck. He was customer service oriented, listened thoroughly, and educated us on all options for the protection of our home, as well as costs. He also set us up with a next day installation. We were very satisfied with his work. But it gets better! My installation expert, Kameron Mason, was highly professional. He took his time listening to our needs and concerns, walked the property with us, and really treated our home and safety as his own. He is so outgoing and knowledgeable about all the products and their functions. We tested all the equipment and camera angles, too. I am so glad that he was assigned to our installation. I would recommend him and ADT to everyone for the protection of their home, property, and family. Thank you so much for everything. Kameron, you are a rock star!!!

We reviewed proposal from multiple vendors for our security system, and ADT was surprisingly versatile and creative in finding solutions for our needs. I was concerned about being tied to a single vendor for the life of the product and the stigma of "corporate" businesses, but after working with our ADT sales manager on building our system and with technicians on the installs, I'm confident we made the right choice. Overall, their pricing was competitive, the products are high quality, and the installs professional.

I have been an ADT customer for over 25 years. I decided to add a camera and doorbell to my system. My technician, Julio, was wonderful. As it turned out my current alarm system is not compatible for an upgrade. He carefully explained the differences and the costs and did not try to persuade me either way. It felt so good not to be pressured and have me, the customer, valued and respected. ADT has always been responsive to my needs and because of ADT I have safe for 25+ years!
