Alamo Smart Home is a local company. When I called for information and a quote, they responded immediately, had a quote within 24 hours and started and completed the work within a week! We had not experienced this level of service in the 27 years we have been in San Antonio. The service technician, Jake, is phenomenal. He is responsive, pays attention to detail, follows up, and follows through with service requests and/or troubleshooting within minutes of a call.
