Alert Alarm

Very rare that I make comments whether it be positive or negative. Alert Alarm of Hawaii has delivered what a customer is looking for: responsiveness, on-time service installation, and will price match any local alarm company competitor. Thank you, Carson Beasley, for providing that excellent customer service and for dispatching your technician, Ricardo, in installing my home security system at a moments' notice. I called Carson on Friday (Feb 2, 2018) to sign our contract and his technician came the following Monday (Feb 5, 2018) to install the alarm system. Now, who can beat that type service? Ricardo provided training on how to arm and disarm the system. At first, I was leaning on going to another alarm company, but when I asked them to schedule for a system installation, they said, it would be in March or April at the earliest. Sorry, they've lost a good customer. For now, I am satisfied with Alert Alarm, but its long term service is yet to be determined. 'Keep up the good work guys!

I recommend Rochelle Mendoza from Alert Alarm Hawaii. She works hard, she's very intelligent, and she follows through with her commitments. She is both professional and friendly. She also does valuable outreach with kids in our community.
