We recently made the switch to this 100% local company from another well known company due to their progressively slipping service and couldn't be happier. The process and transition was so easy. Their representative Adam and a tech first came out to do an evaluation and then followed up with the actual appointment for the installation after the other account was canceled. Adam and his tech were super personable and friendly while telling us about their services and the process. Since the switch, we have not had a single problem with the system, unlike before with our former security service provider. It is a relief to know that the house is fully protected again and we can count of a local company with professional staff to ensure everything is up to standards expected for great service.
