Vector Security

I chose Vector Security for my house because I have heard rave reviews about how their equipment is state of the art, staff is professional and courteous, and prices are reasonable. I was not disappointed! From the phone call to the company KC answered all my questions in a polite and friendly way and seemed very knowledgeable of the equipment, to Albert who came to my house and reviewed everything that came with the package in a language I could understand, to finally Stephen who was punctual, quick and efficient and explained everything to a T. This trio is a wonderful example of good customer service. Stephen even let me son play with some spare wires from his toolbox! Overall I am very pleased with the service I have received and feel very safe in my house!

We love Vector Security! They are always just a call or txt away should we have a problem. Stone is awesome as well as everyone they have ever sent to my home including the customer service reps answering the phones! If you need a security system you better call Vector Security!
